ASEAN is pleased to inform you that ASEAN is planning to set up an ASEAN Pavilion for the second time at UNFCCC COP31 (9-20 November 2026 in Antalya, Türkiye) under ASEAN-EU-Germany Climate Action Programme, endorsed and overseen by the ASEAN Working Group on Climate Change (AWGCC) and the ASEAN Senior Officials on Environment (ASOEN).

In this regard, we wish to herewith announce the Call for Event Proposals, for interested AMS and Partners to express interest to organise events at the ASEAN Pavilion in Blue Zone of COP31.

You are kindly invited to submit event proposals by 10 September 2026, 23:59 (GMT+7, Jakarta time), to the following:

Badge access: The ASEAN Secretariat will not provide badge access to the COP31 venue. Proponents and all identified speakers must already be registered for COP31 and be able to obtain their own Blue Zone badges to access and participate in the events at the ASEAN Pavilion.
